Hi, I’m Sarah!. I coach movement, alignment, and the empowerment that comes from understanding how your body works. I’m also the mom of the world’s most energetic little boy.

There’s a lot out there about child development, but what about parent development? Everyone needs extra support during life’s transitions, and I can think of no greater transition than becoming a parent! Since I’m a big believer in the unity of mind and body, we talk about what it is to move through these whole self/ whole life transformations, what affects us, and what we’ve learned.
